Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy Details:
1. Warranty Period:
All lights sold are covered by one-year warranty from the date of purchase.( or install date from reseller store)
2. Fault Reporting:
If a light fails, please report the issue to us promptly.
Take photos and videos of the faulty light and email them to our customer service department. (if files too big we suggest you send via wetransfer.com to info#sercomoto.com)
3. Warranty List:
Before applying for warranty service, please provide a detailed list containing the following information:
- Lights model
- Description of the fault
- Usage duration
- Purchase date
- Two letters on lights( if have)
4. Faulty Lights Handling:
Record a video of cutting the wire from the tail of each faulty light and count the number of lights when apply warranty support.
5. Replacement Policy:
Within the warranty period, we will send new lights to you as replacements free of charge.
